Kristen Moore is the lead pharmacist and owner of A to Z Pharmacy. Kristen has been a pharmacist for over twelve years. She moved to Cary in 2007, following graduation from West Virginia University. She has worked at WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh, Nightwatch Pharmacy, and as a manager at Rite Aid in Cary. In 2018, she decided to open her own independent pharmacy.
A to Z Pharmacy’s name has a double meaning. It was named for both carrying a little bit of everything and for her children’s initials. After deciding on a name and finding a location, Kristen and her family laid the floors, painted the walls, and installed shelving units. A to Z Pharmacy finally opened its doors on March 14, 2019 and began serving the Cary/Apex community.
Kristen now lives in Holly Springs with her husband, Nathaniel, and their three children - Andrew, Abby, and Zach. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys crocheting, hanging out with her three dogs, and cheering for the Carolina Hurricanes.
In March of this year, A to Z Pharmacy added pharmacist Debbie Skakle to the team. Debbie was previously employed at Kroger/Harris Teeter in Cary for more than 23 years. She takes pride in helping patients to afford and understand their medications and health conditions.
Debbie and her husband, Andy, have lived in Cary for over 30 years. They have raised three children and have recently welcomed their first grandchild.
